Chocolate Nutella Martabak Recipes

Ingredients:
    125 grams all-purpose flour, sifted
    50 grams sugar
    ¼ teaspoon baking powder
    1 tablespoon yeast
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    175 ml lukewarm water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tablespoon butter, heat until liquid

Spread:
    Unsalted butter

Contents:
    Chocolate nutella
    Roasted peanuts, cut into rough
    Sweetened condensed milk
    Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

How to Make:
*    Mix all ingredients, beat until well blended. Add melted butter, whisk again for about 3 minutes until the dough is getting soft.
*    Cover the container containing the dough with a wet cloth about 1 hour until the dough doubled in volume 2, Set aside.
*    Heat the butter pan 2 cm thick with a diameter of approximately 24 cm over medium heat, basting with butter until blended.
*    Whisk again until the batter bubbles of air. Pour batter into a buttered baking dish, smooth. Reduce the heat, wait until the air bubbles on the surface of the dough. Check the bottom martabak, make sure the skin martabak porous and slightly moist, not dry.
*    Brush the surface lightly with butter martabak. Fill in a row: nutella, peanut mashed rough, sweetened condensed milk, and sprinkle with sugar. Martabak cups into a half circle and cut according to taste.
