Ingredients :
- 4 round egg noodles
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 kekian shrimp, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs chicken, shake
- 3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 20 caisim stalks, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup water
- 4 leeks, sliced oblique length
- 8 teaspoons soy sauce
- pepper
- cooking oil
- 10 grains of toasted pecans
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
- 16 grains of red onion
- 10 cloves of garlic
How to Cook
- Boil egg noodles, then drain. Rub the sesame oil and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Kekian fried shrimp until skinned. Drain.
- Saute ground spices until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan. Add the eggs. Scrambled eggs.
- Add the carrots, broccoli and caisim, mix well. Pour water, and cook until slightly wilted vegetables before adding the noodles and shrimp kekian.
- Give soy sauce, and pepper and mix well bubuhi. Add the leek and cook until the vegetables soften. Lift.
