Bangkok Coconut Pudding Recipes




Ingredients:
  • 2 coconuts bangkok
  • 150 gr young coconut meat
  • 200 ml of coconut water
  • 200 ml of water
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 scahet white powder that
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 250 g of vanilla ice cream

How to make:
  • Mix the coconut milk, water, agar agar powder white, granulated sugar, brown sugar, coconut milk and salt.
  • Stir well and cook until boiling.
  • Add the coconut meat.
  • Stir and cook until boiling again.
  • Allow to harden and then in order to give the ice cream on top.
  • Enjoy..!
