Ingredients:
- 2 coconuts bangkok
- 150 gr young coconut meat
- 200 ml of coconut water
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 scahet white powder that
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 250 g of vanilla ice cream
How to make:
- Mix the coconut milk, water, agar agar powder white, granulated sugar, brown sugar, coconut milk and salt.
- Stir well and cook until boiling.
- Add the coconut meat.
- Stir and cook until boiling again.
- Allow to harden and then in order to give the ice cream on top.
