Mushroom Chicken Noodle Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 8 sheets of dumpling skin
  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 200 grams of fresh Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 pack of wet egg noodles
  • Cai sim 1 bunch
  • Toge 200 grams
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon finely
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Garlic 1 tablespoon finely
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Leaves small onion (chives) 1 tablespoon
  • Fried Onions 1 tablespoon
How to make
  1. Fried dumpling skin (this can be done the day before)
  2. Saute garlic finely, then enter the chopped chicken, stir-fry while destroyed to prevent clumping, enter sliced shitake, add soy sauce, salt and black pepper. (can be done the day before and stored in the refrigerator. If most can be frozen)
  3. Cut scallion into small pieces
  4. Boil sprouts and caisim. Put a little salt in the water before boiling cai sim. It can make a color cai sim so much brighter.
  5. Prepare a bowl for serving. Enter vegetable oil (not olive oil, other smells), sesame oil, salt, pepper and garlic finely. Boil egg noodles for 2 minutes, stirring, stirring in boiling water. Drain, immediately enter this bowl and stir with chopsticks so seasoning evenly.
  6. Place the minced chicken, vegetables and crackers dumplings. Sprinkle fried onions and scallions.
