Ingredients
- 3 glasses of red rice
- 1 glass of bean sprouts, remove roots
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon chili Abon
- 2 stalks spring onions, sliced
- ½ tsp salt
Fine grind
- 4 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli curls
- 1 anchovy field glasses, fried
- 1 egg chicken, thin omelet
- ½ tablespoon of fried onions
How to Cook
- Saute the spices until fragrant.
- Insert red rice, fish sauce, sugar, chili Abon, green onion, stir well. Add bean sprouts and stir until wilted bean sprouts.
- Serve with a sprinkling of fried anchovy, sliced omelette and fried onions.
