Timpan Cake Recipes

Ingredients
  • 2 plantain fruit, puree
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour, sifted
  • salt
  • ½ - ¾ cup coconut milk
  • banana leaves

Mix score
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 sheet of pandan leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • salt

How to Cook
  • Mix the flour, salt, and coconut milk while knead. Being a dough that can be dipulung.
  • Cook the grated coconut mixture until the water runs out. Set aside.
