Ingredients
- 300 g fresh tuna filet, cut into medium
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ knuckles galangal, keprek
- 2 lemongrass, keprek
- 7 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
- 1 cup warm water
Finely grind
- 1 cup red pepper curls
- 10 grains of red onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- Cooking oil for frying
How to Cook
- Marinate tuna with lime juice and salt, let stand 10 minutes. Tuna fry until brown color. Remove and drain. Set aside.
- Saute until fragrant spice grind with galangal, lemongrass, and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked.
- Enter fried tuna, pour water and cook until water is absorbed exhausted. Remove and serve.
