Rica Tuna Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh tuna filet, cut into medium 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • ½ knuckles galangal, keprek 
  • 2 lemongrass, keprek 
  • 7 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones leaves 
  • 1 cup warm water 

Finely grind

  • 1 cup red pepper curls 
  • 10 grains of red onion 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder 
  • Cooking oil for frying 

How to Cook

  • Marinate tuna with lime juice and salt, let stand 10 minutes. Tuna fry until brown color. Remove and drain. Set aside. 
  • Saute until fragrant spice grind with galangal, lemongrass, and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked. 
  • Enter fried tuna, pour water and cook until water is absorbed exhausted. Remove and serve.
