Apple Raisin Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of red apples, peeled, cut into small dice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
75 grams sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons powdered gelatine, stir in 2 tablespoons of warm water
250ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons fullcream
2 tablespoons of raisins
How to prepare:
1. Cook apples with sugar and lemon juice until wilted. Remove, let cool.
2. Stir with cinnamon and gelatine solution until blended. Set aside.
3. Whisk the whipping cream until smooth and thick.
4. Add milk and apple mixture and stir well.
5. Pour into a plastic bowl with a lid, store in the freezer for 4 hours.
6. Remove from the freezer, stir with a spoon or food processor until smooth grains of ice.
7. Add raisins and stir well.
8. Put it back in the container with a lid and store in the freezer until frozen
