 Nastar Almond Cake Recipe

Ingredients :   
450 grams of pineapple , grated   
125 grams of sugar   
1/8 teaspoon salt   
3 grains of cloves   
3 cm cinnamon   
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Shell :   
100 grams of cold salted butter   
50 grams of mandarin   
50 grams of sugar flour   
2 egg yolks   
75 grams of almond powder   
175 grams of low protein flour   
15 grams of milk powder

Spreads :   
2 egg yolks   
1 teaspoon heavy cream   
1/8 teaspoon of honey

How to make :   
Contents : pineapple cook until water is absorbed. Add sugar , salt , cloves , and cinnamon . Cook again until dry . Add the lemon juice . Stir well . Chill .   

Shell : whipped salted butter , margarine , flour and sugar 30 seconds . Add egg yolks . Beat well .  

Enter the almond powder . Stir well . Add the flour and milk powder while in the sifter and mix evenly .   

Take the dough skin . Flatten , Give contents . Oval shape . Place on baking sheet in spread margarine . Oven 10 minutes with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius .   

Rub with a smear material . Another 10 minutes with the oven temperature of 150 degrees Celsius .
