Miso Tofu Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 kg of tofu
40 g miso
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tbsp soy milk 1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tablespoons water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil or
2 tablespoons sesame oil or
2 tablespoons vegetable oil pepper (optional) sesame seeds (optional)
How to cook Baked Tofu Miso:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius or broil setting (if any). Cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil.
2. Mix all ingredients except tofu and oil in a blender / mixer. Add the oil little by little and stir until well blended and creamy soft texture. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
3. Cut the tofu with a thickness of 1 cm and then dip into the batter thinly.
4. Tata tofu into the pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and krispi.
5. Remove from oven. Behind the baked tofu and pour the mixture into the tofu with a spoon.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and krispi.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and serve.
