Indonesian Chicken Opor Recipe

Ingredients:

    - 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces and wash
    - 2 lime leaves
    - 3 bay leaves
    - 6 tablespoons soy sauce brands bango / any kind.
    - 2 stalks lemongrass, Flatten
    - 65 milligrams coconut milk kara
    - 1 liter of coconut milk diluted
    - Salt and cow sense Royko Masako or to taste
    - Cooking oil for sauteing



Subtle Seasonings:

    - 6 red onions, peeled
    - 4 cloves garlic, peeled
    - 10 cm of galangal
    - 2 cm ginger
    - 1 teaspoon pepper
    - 1 teaspoon nutmeg
    - 6 items hazelnut
    - 1/2 teaspoon coriander
    - 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
    - 1 tomato
    - 1 teaspoon brown sugar / palm sugar

How to cook:

1. Heat oil in a skillet, then saute spice paste. Do not forget to enter lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves, stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Next enter the chicken pieces that have been cleaned and stir until all ingredients evenly mixed.
3. Insert the thin coconut milk and cook while stirring occasionally until the chicken becomes tender and the sauce shrink
4. After shrinking opportunistic sauce, pour the thick coconut milk and soy sauce. Then add salt to taste and Royco taste cow, wait until the gravy becomes dry. Pick up and ready to be served.
